Introduction of tension clamp

The tension clamp is used for corner, connection, and terminal connection. Spiral aluminum-clad steel wire has extremely strong tensile strength and no concentrated stress, which plays a role in protecting and assisting vibration reduction of optical cable. The whole set of tension fittings for optical cable includes: tension pre-stranded wire and matching connection fittings. The grip force of the wire grip is not less than 95% of the rated tensile strength of the optical cable, which is convenient and quick to install, and reduces the construction cost. It is suitable for ADSS optical cable lines with span ≤ 100m and line angle < 25 °.

The tension clamp is used to fix the wire or lightning protection wire to the tension insulator string of the non-linear tower to act as anchor. it is also used to fix the cable of the cable tower.

According to the different structure and installation conditions, tension clamps can be roughly divided into two categories. The first type: the tension clamp shall bear all the pulling force of the wire or lightning wire, and the grip force shall not be less than 90% of the rated tensile force of the installed wire or lightning wire, but not as a conductor. This kind of wire clamp can also be removed and used separately after the wire is installed. This kind of wire clamp has bolt type tension clamp and wedge type tension clamp and so on.

The second type: tension wire clamp not only bears all the tension of the wire or lightning wire, but also acts as a conductor. Therefore, once this kind of wire clamp is installed, it can no longer be removed, also known as dead wire clamp. Because it is a conductor, wire.
